4. Problem
The most problems for HDG wire basket cable tray are burrs and welding strength
The tray will have many burrs on it after hot dip galvanized,burrs will damage the cable and hurt the hand .
We will hand file it out .It costs a lot of time and labor . Welding strength will affect the loading capacity and safety
Why the HDG wire basket cable tray have many burrs ? This is big problem of HDG , so my factory worker will hand file it out each one .
5. Story
It is a story about HDG quality problem whcih happened several months ago. One of our client from America telephoned to one sales manager and he wanted to buy some hot dipped galvanized wire mesh cable tray. But after we sent our price list to him, he said, “Oh my God, your wire mesh cable tray is twice more expensive than the Turkey supplier”, and he refused to our advice of sending sample. He decided to buy the cable basket from Turkey and install these cable basket in his building project. However, some months later, he telephoned us again and complained the Turkey supplier for one hour. Because the cable baskets applying his project start to rust! It only pasted three months! We heard that and advice him to send us some Turkey supplier’s samples to make a thickness of finishing test. The result is that Turkey HDG cable basket’s zinc galvanized thickness is only 30 μm, but Vichnet HDG wire mesh cable tray zinc galvanized thickness is more than 60 μm.
