3. Problem
The most problems for HDG cable tray basket are burrs and welding strength
The tray will have many burrs on it after hot dip galvanized,burrs will damage the cable and hurt the hand .
We will hand file it out .It costs a lot of time and labor . Welding strength will affect the loading capacity and safety
Why the HDG cable tray basket have many burrs ? This is big problem of HDG , so my factory worker will hand file it out each one .
4. Story
Regarding HDG cable basket tray, there are a story behind it. Because the cost of hot dip galvanized zinc is increasing,we have to go up the price. One of our long-term Korean client choose another supplier company named Besca to save the cost during The Canton Fair. After communication with this supplier,the Korean client come back to find us and tell us that that“oh my god,your company Vichnet has the gene to be a good and international company in the future.”
Since Vichnet is a manufacture and have own workshop, so no MOQ. The workshop is very Spacious and neat. The wire need to draw, cut, weld, bend, trim,galvaniz, packed, and in the end, load, then high quality wire mesh cable trays are finished. Every Vichnet cable tray basket passes the loading capacity test and salt spracy test to make sure it is qualified. It is our promise to every client.
